"I am proud of Cisco, as well as QSS employees, who are making every effort to support and strengthen our long-standing partnership. I am pleased that Cisco recognized QSS's commitment to the success of our partners and clients, as well as the quality and breadth of our portfolio, and confirmed this by delivering this prestigious award.
Together with Cisco, through continuous innovations and regular introduction of new services, QSS strives to remain on the path of transformation and continuous development. In this way, we want to remain consistent with our mission, which is to help our clients to master the latest technologies, implement them and adapt to their needs, and thus achieve their business goals.
Relying on the latest Cisco technologies, QSS will strive to keep it on the path of continuous advancement, and through innovative technology solutions to make its contribution to Cisco, as well as to other partners and customers in its business network", said Isan Selimović.
Cisco Partner Awards are an acknowledgment and recognition of the most successful partners in certain technologies. The technological area for which QSS was awarded - "Internet of Things" (IoT) is currently one of the most current global IT topics. In a simple explanation, IoT represents a network of physical entities that are bound and accessed through the Internet. According to research by Gartner, by 2020, up to 26 billion devices will be connected on the planet. There is a prediction that in the future, everything that can be connected will be connected to the Internet.
Following the global trends, in May 2015, QSS, in cooperation with BH Telecom, presented the first and unique Internet of Things (IoT) platform in the region: four systems where the companies work together: „Conneted Home“, „Connected Office“, „Smart Metering“ and „Solar-Meteo“.
By implementing one or more of these systems, QSS's clients from all industries are able to automate business processes, as well as to link and track their resources and jobs from anywhere. By this way, clients get a unique opportunity to create innovative business models, which can improve their operational efficiency, flexibility and agility, and thus achieve their goals faster.
