This job ad is for you if you’re creative and passionate about marketing. Assisting setup of events and related PR activities is a piece of cake for you. You are an analytical and multitasking person with sharp communication skills, both written and verbal. You demonstrate excellent digital skills and an in-depth understanding of all social media channels. You help the marketing and sales team to create digital marketing and content, with a heavy emphasis on website content, blogs, and social media activity.

You will be in charge of:
Content: You will help create content for the QSS webpage, blog, and social media and will get an opportunity to work on various marketing materials, such as whitepapers, company presentations, and drafting newsletters. Your tasks will be much easier if you have working experience on email and social media management platforms, and have an essential understanding of working in CMS.
Events & PR: You will help your colleagues organize partner events, as well as internal and external company events. Also will assist with all PR-related activities as requested, developing effective relationships with media.
Design: Part of your responsibilities will be to create visual & digital assets for the website and social channel, which will be a piece of cake for you if you already have familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and design platforms such as Canva. 
Administrative tasks: Part of your everyday tasks will be to update and maintain the customer database for CRM mailings, coordinate CRM mailings in-line with the seasonal marketing calendar and within GDPR guidelines.

● Bachelor of Marketing or communicology  ● At least a year of experience in marketing is a must  ● Excellent communication skills; writing, editing, and proofing skills ● Working knowledge of content creator tools (such as Canva, Hootsuite, MailChimp) and CMS tools ● Fluent verbal and written communications skills in English
