  • HR Business partner m/f

    This job ad is for you if you are an experienced HR professional, willing and ready to take managerial responsibility. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and you are structured, analytical, and perceptive. You are innovative and creative enough to initiate change but wise enough to implement change. You readily take on challenging work. You are excited and knowledgeable about new HR practices, but you never forget the core and essence of HR work. Your preferred corporate culture is a mix of new-age dynamics and some good old traditional structures. 
    You will be in charge of:
    Corporate culture: this, of course, is not a “one-man show” task, but as our HR partner, you will have a prominent role in shaping QSS corporate culture through the HR activities and projects you propose and conduct. You will be in charge of employee surveys, employee workshops, team buildings, etc.  
    Organizational structuring: please note that this is an “HR business partner” position; i.e., to be successful at what you do, you will need to understand and support the business by providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
    Training and development: this is not about “pampering a few individuals.” We take our employees seriously, and we want to offer serious support to their competence and talent development. You analyze existing competence levels, and together with line managers, you propose career development plans. You actively support individual employees in executing their development plans. You will be in charge of creating the company training plan and budget.
    HR policies and procedures: you bring in your experience and creativity on this one. You are in charge of making sure QSS is always on top of its game when it comes to HR best practices. Together with line managers and our employees, you make sure our HR policies reflect our company culture and support business objectives.
    Recruitment: we expect you to go beyond placing a “job ad” on the job board in this segment. You are analytical and follow the labor market; you create and conduct proactive sourcing and recruitment strategy. It is all about teamwork, so you will work closely with our line managers and marketing to achieve the best employee retention and employer branding results.
    HR budgeting/controlling and planning: if you are already experienced in HR budgeting and planning, good! If numbers are not your strongest competence, do not be scared by this, as we will help you out and guide you on this one.
    Managing risk and compliance: you will not have to do personnel administration (i.e., salary payouts, employee contracts, etc.); however, you are expected to maintain in-depth knowledge on these matters. 
    Other: as experienced HR, you know that at the end of every job description comes “other related duties as assigned,” but we positively mean this. We hope you will shape your job responsibilities by adding value to QSS.  
    If all of the above sounds good to you, well we hope you fit the following requirements:
    ● At least 5 years of experience in human resources (not necessarily in the IT industry)● Bachelor degree in human/social science or business management● Fluent in English

  • Senior/Medior Software engineers m/f

    We are looking for talented software engineers (juniors, mediors, and seniors/team leads) passionate about building world-class applications.

    You will join the agile product development team and actively participate in all aspects of design, building, and maintaining products for our domestic and foreign clients. You will need to be comfortable working with a diverse range of technologies and pick up new concepts quickly. Your elite investigative abilities, as well as a knack for solving complex problems, will be ideally suited to this role. Working closely with other agile teams on different application stack layers means you will need a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product delivery.

    Possible specializations in:

    ● Mobile development
    ● Front end development
    ● Back end development
    ● Machine learning
    ● Big data analytics
    ● Project management
    ● DevOps
    ● QA engineer

    ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
    ● 2+ years of work on programming and application of software engineering - for senior positions
    ● Excellent knowledge and experience in working with object-oriented programming languages
    ● Excellent knowledge of model theory and database systems
    ● Basic knowledge of networks and internet protocols
    ● Ability to do business analysis and architecture of business solutions
    ● Knowledge of some of the project management methodologies
    ● Knowledge of quality and safety management systems
    ● Experience in project implementation with direct contact with large beneficiaries
    ● Excellent knowledge of English

The application process at QSS

    Your application will be analyzed by our Operational teams and replied to individually.
    If your application is successful, you will be invited to a preliminary interview to get to know you, present QSS Company, and assess your motivation for the job on offer.
    If this interview is positive, you will attend a second interview to assess your technical and personal skills, along with your behavioral skills in professional situations.
    Following that, you may be called for a third interview led by the unit’s executive management. It is designed to confirm previous assessments and address specific elements of your contract.
    If the outcome is positive, a meeting will be held to finalize your recruitment and prepare you for the induction.
