Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect is used to create web conferencing, online classes and webinars with the exchange of information, presentations and materials. Our higher education institutions have used Adobe Connect so far. For individuals and organizations that are not currently Adobe customers, Adobe Connect is free until July 1, 2020. The maximum number of users is 25.

Cisco Webex Meetings

Cisco Webex Meetings provides online meetings and conferences. The service can currently, until further notice, be used free of charge. So far, free use has been possible but limited to 100 users and 90 days. Time limits have been lifted and new dial-in functionality is available.

Google G Suite

By July 1, 2020, Google G Suite has opened its Enterprise functionality to all users, within which Google Hangouts — Meet conferences (up to 250 participants) and live streams (up to 100,000 participants) can be used.


Healthcare, education, government, and non-profit organizations are currently eligible for free GoToMeeting Remote Work packages for 90 days, with no limit on the number of users.


Lifesize is another tool for organizing meetings and video conferencing. The premium subscription allows up to 25 participants and can currently be used for 6 months for free.

Office 365

In addition to free Microsoft Teams, Microsoft currently offers 6-month free Office 365 EI packages for individuals through Microsoft Partner. Educational institutions can use the Office 365 AI package for free.

QSS Hosted Exchange & Data Access

Like the rest of our Cloud services during the COVID-19 pandemic, the leading collaboration tools from our portfolio (QSS Hosted Exchange and QSS Data Access) are available to all new users completely free of charge.


Employees use Tandem for collaboration and communication, including one-click video conferencing. According to the manufacturer, the tool is free in the coming months.


Zoom offers free video conferencing for up to 100 participants and 40 minutes. Schools can apply for the version without a time limit.
